Lost or Unused Tickets
TRL Travel implements unused ticket tracking. This report assists consultants in advising clients if they have the option to advise if a ticket is able to be used at a later stage or if we are to send the relevant ticket in for a refund. Reports can then be tracked to ensure that tickets are utilized within 6 months from date of issue, or sent in for a refund. Ticket validities are checked to ensure special fares with a shorter validity period than 6 months are sent in for a refund prior to expiry.
In addition, our monthly suite of Travel Management Reports sent to you will include an Unused Ticket Report that also reflects all unused tickets, as well as the status on all refunds. This can also be broken down per cost centre or division as well as a consolidated report for you our contracted customer.
