We understand account Management is an integral component in our travel management services to you. A Strategic Relationship Manager (SRM) will be the key owner of your account, and will be allocated to you to ensure customer focused service excellence. Our relationship management is an integrated process designed to optimize customer satisfaction, achieve your objectives for travel management, whilst building long-term relationships.
Our SRM will assist and facilitate all necessary meetings with suppliers in order to track and negotiate preferred agreements. Constant benchmarking, analysis, and evaluation will be performed to ensure that you are receiving the most proactive and cost effective solution.
SRM services include:
- Monthly meetings to review Management Information Reports inclusive of savings achieved.
- Implementing, customizing and managing of travel policies, and service level agreements.
- Conduct quarterly financial and annual business review meetings (inclusive of YTD reporting and cost savings achieved).
- Corporate agreement negotiation and contracts on behalf of The UN.
- Travel Policy refinement and enhancement.
- Manage and track corporate agreements and supplier management.
- Arrange workshops, educational and supplier training.
- Bi-Annual travel bookers’ workshops to address concerns and new developments.
- Agendas, minutes and correspondence of management meetings.
- Establish training and developmental needs of staff.
- Benchmarking against best practices and addressed in quarterly financial meetings.
The SRM will meet with you to discuss any operational, service and development issues on the following basis, over and above the scheduled monthly meetings:
- Quarterly reviews
- Annual review
- Educational Workshops
Our Strategic Relationship Managers also have clear cut Key Performance Indicators against which he/she is measured, scored and sensitized in order to ensure optimal service delivery to our customers. During our implementation process TRL Travel will mutually agree to the frequency of visits you.
